To respond accurately to your text or voice commands

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

3. Data Storage

We do not permanently store your calendar data, text, or voice content.
Voice messages are only processed temporarily and not saved.
Google authentication is handled securely via OAuth 2.0.

4. Third-Party Access and AI Processing

We use OpenAI services to transcribe voice messages and to interpret your text commands. For this purpose, your messages and any relevant calendar details may be sent to OpenAI. This data is used only to provide you with the requested functionality and is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.

We do not use any Google Workspace APIs or Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized/non-personalized AI or ML models.

All calendar interactions occur via secure Google APIs in accordance with:

You can revoke access via your Google Account settings at any time.
You can stop using the bot without needing to delete anything.
You may contact us to request deletion of any stored data (if applicable).

This bot is not intended for children under 13 (or applicable local age). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
